Ceramic boards are composites of ceramic fibers. This product do not normally get wet by non-ferrous metal melts and is highly resistant to spalling, thermal shock and abrasion. It can be easily cut and shaped. Ceramic boards have low content of organic binders which would burn out in the early steps of firing, in temperatures of 100°C, but helps to improves resilience.
Ability to produce ceramic boards in different dimensions and densities
Ability to produce Vacuum Formed and Shaped Boards according to customer order.
Ability to produce Ceramic Fiber Blocks with thickness of 100 mm or higher.
